S25 Mic Issue

i am facing problem in my samsung S25. Mic is not working for both normal and whats app call. sometimes it is not working after restarting also.

what can I do?

Yes, I’ve checked — Mic 1 is not working properly. I still need to perform another software update to confirm whether the issue persists.
I’m really disappointed, as the phone has only been lightly used for a few months since purchase.😢
Additionally, I’m concerned about the security of sensitive data when sending it to the service center.🗣
