S25 Mic Issue

i am facing problem in my samsung S25. Mic is not working for both normal and whats app call. sometimes it is not working after restarting also.

what can I do?

What is the way we can back up all the data with apps?

Connect the phone via USB to a PC or laptop ans select File transfer mode. Copy DCIM, documents, downloads, music and SmartSwitch folder (if using Samsung Switch).

You can also use the Samsung Smart Switch Windows app to backup the phone to the laptop.
