S24 5g Owner here, I bought the phone via my network service provider less than a month ago.
I use the phone a lot for internet calling (Teams meetings, whatsapp calling etc)
Experiencing the problem where the signal says "5G" or "4G+" etc., but no internet connection.
This happens randomly during the day 10-15 times... and I've tried all the tricks I could find online... the problem persists.
My data plan is unlimited, I have no data limit set in the settings.
Tried resetting network settings & APN settings multiple times.
I can imagine it's less visible when you stream videos etc. because of the data buffer.. but if you make internet calls (Whatsap, teams, etc.) it really gets on your nerves.
I am a long time samsung/android products user.. I have not expected to face this issue with samsung.
Please help.

This is not an issue with the phone but the connection provider. I have a similar issue with the wifi, where the signal strength is maximum, but the speed is very poor. This has nothing to do with Samsung. You need to lodge a complaint with ur service provider

This is definitely not an issue or problem with the phone or Samsung. It must be a problem with the service provider. On the 5G network, always check whether if the service provider of your connection is Mobitel. Check whether the 5G trial 10GB data per month is not finished. It is better to go to your service provider centre and apply a complaint to them.

Not the issue with phone dear throw away the sim. Try dialog. And it's the the worst too but better than others...
