Random freezing on galaxy s22 ultra, have to wait 1-2 min before it comes "back to life". In that 1-2 minutes, the tough gets unresponsive  and presses itself. This happens every 2 or 3 days for about 1 to 2 minutes then everything becomes OK.  What is the possible cause for such behavior in a flagship? Is it a software issue which can be fixed by rolling an update or sth related to hardware?

Many of us are having the ghost touch issue while bothe the touch sensitivity and dark mode are turned on. I think it's a software bug. But never had a freezing issue. You better reset your device and look again whether it's freezing or not. Ghost touch issue will be fixed in a software update hopefully.

Our current solution is no touch sensitivity while dark mode is on or no dark mode while touch sensitivity is turned or. Your choice.😅

My meaning for freezing is: So many ghost touches suddenly happen for about 1-2 minutes  once a while, so that the touch becomes unresponsive

It has been already off. I don't know why every 2 or 3 days, too many ghost touches happen suddenly for a good 1-2 minutes

That's a weird one. So I reckon you should reset.

Ghost touching issue was reported in many S22 Ultra devices. Probably there was a bug in the April security patch. But the freezing issue which you're describing is new. Maybe it also could be a bug. If it is yes, Samsung will fix this in the upcoming update.

Wait for the next update and see. But if you have the issue even after the update, reset the device and check. Still if it same, contact a Samsung service center.
