Hi.. many S22U users have reported this issue and most of them happened after a firmware update. So far the only solution is replacing the entire display for this. This will disappear when you switch the screen refresh rate to standard. (60Hz) Since the screen refresh rate os reduce the 60Hz in the power saving mode, same thing will happen. If your device still on the warranty period, contact a Samsung authorised service center ASAP. Unfortunately you have to bear the cost if the device is out of warranty.

Thank you 😊

Thank you so much for the comment and temporary solution.

No, it is not usually possible to uninstall a software update once it has been installed on a smartphone.

Try enabling "Maintenance Mode" in Device Care Settings to fix any display bugs or issues. It might make a difference and remove the bugs permanently.

Be sure to click the 3 dots and " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.

Thanks... 👍

Unfortunately, there's no official way to do that. Wish I could give a good solution, but use in 60Hz refresh rate is the temporary solution other than the replacement of the display 😐

I'm also facing the same problem.
I asked a service center about screen replacement it's costs 95k to 100k and thay only giving warranty for touch
if your display fails next day after the replacement you have to change the display againg
Better to use your phone with 60hz and wait for the next update

I'm having the issue today. Temporarily worked but I had S9+, Note10+, S20+ with similar issues(S20+ slightly different). Once this happened to my note 10+, it didn't last for a week and phone dead. Exact same issue but had vertical lines instead of horizontal lines.
I didn't do any firmware updates recently according to knowledge but this damage is irrecoverable imo. Even if you turn off the phone and plug it, you can see the horizontal yellow lines. Even while booting up.
If this the case, I would not be continuing with Samsung after this phone.

Suffering from the same, service center needs my phone for 2-3 days to inspect. I'm out of warranty and since it is not my fault not gonna pay a single penny if screen replacement is the only option.

It worked your right as soon as I turn on power saving it disappears. But why is this happening, is this a hardware or software issue. I had this phone for over a year now. Nothing like this ever happened until now.
