I am writing to share my experience with the green line issue on my S21 Plus display after a recent update. Like many of you, I am a dedicated Samsung user, and it pains me to have to report such a problem with one of their products.
I reached out to Samsung's customer care service, and they informed me that the S20 series had a free display replacement program due to numerous complaints from users. However, there has been no official announcement for the S21 series, and it is uncertain if the same program will be implemented in the future.
As a loyal customer, I am disappointed to have to pay a considerable amount for a problem caused by the update. This issue was not my fault, and I believe Samsung should take responsibility for it.
If any of you are experiencing the same issue after the update, I urge you to make a complaint and post about it on the "Samsung Members" platform. As a community, we can put pressure on Samsung to provide us with the support and service we deserve.
