Nah, I ain't updating. Just got my S22 Ultra fixed for free, thanks to those green lines 🤣 Don't wanna risk it again for another couple hundred bucks worth of new green lines on this brand new screen.
Hey, I know you're frustrated. Seriously, download the update first, let the phone rest for half an hour, install the update, and then stick it in the freezer too.
Yeah, I use an ice cube box to cool down my Samsung phones while updating, to avoid overheating. My main phone's an S24 Ultra with One UI 7, so I'm not rushing to update my S22 Ultra. Maybe I'll stick with One UI 6 on that one. I liked One UI 5, but after the repair they updated it without asking! One UI 6 is fine though. I'm not that excited about One UI 7, honestly.
