Galaxy SStep 1: Verify Your Device Model
Go to Settings > About phone
Make sure your model number is S24 Ultra (e.g., SM-S928B)
Ensure it's a global variant, not locked to any carrier.
---
Step 2: Download EUX One UI 7 Firmware
Visit the SamFW website
Search for your model number (e.g., SM-S928B)
Look for EUX CSC and One UI 7 (BYCG) firmware
Download the file (size: ~17GB)
---
Step 3: Download SamFW Tool
On the same site (https://samfw.com/tools), download the SamFW Tool
Install or extract the tool on your PC.
---
Step 4: Enable Developer Options and USB Debugging
1. Go to Settings > About phone > Software information
2. Tap Build number 7 times until you see “Developer mode has been enabled”
3. Go back to Settings > Developer options
4. Turn on USB Debugging
---
Step 5: Run SamFW Tool and Access Odin
1. Launch SamFW Tool on your computer
2. Look for the Samsung icon in the interface
3. Under it, locate and click on Odin
4. Odin should now open – if not installed, Google “Download Odin latest version” and install it.
---
(Sub-steps to Use Odin):
1. Extract the downloaded firmware ZIP – you’ll get files like AP, BL, CP, CSC
2. Open Odin
3. Load the firmware files into corresponding slots:
BL → BL file
AP → AP file
CP → CP file
CSC → Use the CSC file (not HOME_CSC for clean flash)
4. Put your phone in Download Mode:
Power off the phone
Hold Volume Up + Volume Down, then plug in the USB cable
Press Volume Up again to enter Download Mode
5. Odin should detect your device (blue box in the top left)
6. Click Start to begin flashing
7. Wait for it to complete and say “PASS” – phone will reboot
---
Step 6: Setup After Flash
After reboot, set up your phone normally
You’ll now be running One UI 7 (EUX - BYCG)
