Is it safe to install one ui7 into my S24FE. I heard there are permanent green lines appearing on the display. What should I do to avoid it?

Yes bro it's probably safe. I can suggest you a method for kinda safe install to prevent heat. First download the update and let the device completely cool down (stop background process and turn off wifi connection or mobile data) before proceed install. Then after proceed install

Yes, Mr.Shayan it is recommended to keep your phone upto date always though there are some downsides on blur effects and you cannot access you assistant application from the navigation bar!
