Step 1: Check your phone's screen

Make sure that your screen isn't cracked, chipped, or damaged.

If you have a case or screen protector, take it off.

If you're wearing gloves, take them off.

If you've put any stickers over the screen or sensors, peel them off.

Make sure that your screen is clean.

Step 2: Try these troubleshooting steps

Step 3: Use advanced troubleshooting

Did you mean ghost touch? If yes,

1. Make sure of a high quality charger.
2. Keep the screen clean.
3. Force restart your phone.
4. Take breaks from using the screen.
5. Replace your phone tempered glass.
6. Take your phone to a Samsung Service Centre.

This might be a hardware issue. You may want to Factory Reset your Galaxy device. But make sure to have all the backup files before performing it.

Use the steps below to perform Factory Reset on your Galaxy device.
Go to Settings > General & Backup and reset > Factory data reset > Reset device > Tap Delete all.

If not, visit a nearby Samsung Service Center for further assistance.

Be sure to click the 3 dots and " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
