Galaxy SMake sure that your screen isn't cracked, chipped, or damaged.
If you have a case or screen protector, take it off.
If you're wearing gloves, take them off.
If you've put any stickers over the screen or sensors, peel them off.
Make sure that your screen is clean.

Galaxy Sif it still doesn't work ,

Using 'ask a question' in support.to do that click support >scroll down>click ask a question >select others>type your issue>upload some proof >click the icon one the right corner to send it .they will definitely help you.

Galaxy S1. Make sure of a high quality charger.
2. Keep the screen clean.
3. Force restart your phone.
4. Take breaks from using the screen.
5. Replace your phone tempered glass.
6. Take your phone to a Samsung Service Centre.

Galaxy SUse the steps below to perform Factory Reset on your Galaxy device.
Go to Settings > General & Backup and reset > Factory data reset > Reset device > Tap Delete all.
If not, visit a nearby Samsung Service Center for further assistance.
Be sure to click the 3 dots and " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.
