Is it a good time to buy S24 ultra (preorder or buy)

I'm currently useing S22 Ultra

I think I need an update to S24 ultra 

But pre order price for S24 ultra is around 510,000.00 LKR 

IS IT WORTH IT!?

S23 ultra pre order price was 270,000 and now it's 220,000 in the store where I checked 

Should I spend 510,000 on S24 ultra and see low priced S24 ultras Later? 

I bought S22 ultra for 500,000 and later on S23 ultra came out for 270,000 which is really painful 😫 

I don't want to feel this painful situation again please help HELP!!!!

They also do icloud magics I don't understand apple ui I don't even know how to swip and open the menu part of an iPhone
