* I won't do Much HARDER works cz I have a laptop 

* But I want decent non heating Good quality device

Compared to S24U performance how's Tab S9Ultra doing (do not count camera or any normal phone related features)

I suggest going with Tab s9 Ultra. Because you mentioned you won't do much hard work.
Tab s9 ultra has higher single core and multi core proformence because of richer thermal management.
