Usually VoLTE is there in the settings > connections.

If not you can pull down the drop down menu and find it there.

If such settings don't exist, try searching for them inside settings using the search icon.

If you still can't find it, you can call.your service provider and ask them to disable the service.

If you do not know the exact path to go to change settings, the simplest way is to go settings menu and then search the keywords of the settings you want to change.😊

For your inquiry, go to settings menu and search "VoLTE".

3. Tap Mobile Networks
4. Tap the status beside VoLTE calls to toggle it on and off

i think your device is south korean version (SM-G977N)?
Volte turn on or off not available south korean devices. Please call your M.N.O Or Reset Your Device
