Method 1: Using the dial code

1. Open the Phone app.
2. Dial *#1234#
3. You will see three lines:
AP: software version
CP: modem version

CSC: country or carrier code

The CSC code appears at the end of the CSC line.
Example: CSC: S731BXXU2AYF3 / INS
Here, INS is the CSC.

Method 2: Through phone settings

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap About phone
3. Select Software information
4. Look for Service provider software version

You will see something like:
SAOMC_SM-S731B_XX_XXX_XXX
The first three-letter code (such as INS, XSG, SLK, XEU) is the active CSC.

Method 3: Using Samsung Members

1. Open Samsung Members
2. Go to Support
3. Tap Phone information

The CSC is shown under software or firmware details.

Common CSC codes
SLK – Sri Lanka
INS – India
XSG – UAE
XEU – Europe (multi-CSC)
BTU – UK (unbranded)
