I have the same issue. The service center representatives gave me an email adress to lodge a complaint. Currently they have replacements for S21 and 22 series apparently but not S21FE because not enough complaints from customers.. please lodge complaints so that our voice is heard and justice is served. Its barely past one year since my purchase.
