Galaxy S@Shenalde - "Not because of a manufacturing fault because of the voltage that's calculated wrong in our country power cuts"
This is completely a wrong fact. Voltage in the system does not affect charging unless the system voltage is far beyond the operating voltage. For example the Samsung power bricks are rated for 100V to 240V. You can read the same on the back of the power adaptor. and power cuts has nothing to do any of the above.
S20 plus issue is surely a design fault that occurs in Samsung curved display which began from S7 edge. If you search the web with an open mind you will see the obvious.
Sad that Samsung Sri Lanka is not taking this to the high table to give a sensible solution to their customers. This act will surely cost a lot of customers for them. But it seems they don't care. I have seen in Philippines and in some other countries has offered free display replacement even though the phone is out of warranty.
May be SAMSUNG had offered this to Sri Lanka but our people might be charging customers to make a good load of profit... Who knows.. (The display replacement cost is nearly 100k now in SL service centers)
