I just got to know that the price has been increased for the Galaxy s22 series even though i pre ordered mine. And apparently they won't be even issuing free buds as well. Is this true even for the pre order customers ? It's really disappointing since I ordered mine on the first day it self when the pre orders started. Can someone inform me whether their vendors agreed to let you buy the phone for the pre ordered price for pre orders before the price increase ?

Yeah bro, atleast they answer our calls properly! I've called more than 10 times to softlogic, and still waiting for an answer, such a shame @admin @mysoftlogic.lk @samsungsrilanka

I received a call today morning from softlogic. They said, they are still in the talks with samsung and asked to give them sometime. I dont think the response will be happy for us. Pretty sure they will not change their prices. This way, we cant even buy another phone and also other phone prices skyrocket day by day.

I clearly asked from Samsung (One Galle Face Showroom - JohnKeells) if the pre-order price of LKR 320,000/= would change or not at the time of pre-ordering at the showroom. They clearly mentioned that the price would not change and the imported phones were at TRC for approvals (This was on the day the US dollar was increased to 230 from 203). I went for S22 Ultra 256GB instead of buying an Iphone 13 Pro Max 256GB at LKR 350,000/= on that day.

We all should lodge a complaint on Consumer Affairs Authority regarding this SCAM.

Greedy bastards. Obviously they already had imported the devices for the older dollar rate. But violated sales ethics and decided to sell them for the newer price. I think we should complaint this to the consumer affairs authority as you said. In the forum I saw that one user had received the S22 ultra from dialog for the previous price with the buds as well. Seems like dialog is treating their customers the way they should while Samsung Sri Lanka isn't. Highly disappointed 😕
