I just got to know that the price has been increased for the Galaxy s22 series even though i pre ordered mine. And apparently they won't be even issuing free buds as well. Is this true even for the pre order customers ? It's really disappointing since I ordered mine on the first day it self when the pre orders started. Can someone inform me whether their vendors agreed to let you buy the phone for the pre ordered price for pre orders before the price increase ?

That's terrible... Increase of price can justify somehow. But cancelling the gifts which they promised is not couz pre order gift are the main reason for pre ordering right? Hope they'll do something fair to pre ordered customers

Thats what i also thought but I don't think they'll do anything again to change the decision now. I called them 2 times and they don't even let us have the phone for the original price for being the first batch of pre order customers. Highly disappointed 😕

What about the delivery dates? Samsung said they will deliver the products from 18th March onwards.

Apparently that also has been delayed. They earlier announced that they will be starting deliveries on the 14th of march. But most of the vendors have extended the delivery starting dates. In dialog they have mentioned it as April 6th. I am not so sure about other vendors but it seems like the same situation.

I asked samsung about it on 14th March. Then it was from 18th March. Singer's site says 16th March, Dialog 6th April, Softlogic still says 14th March. Don't know which is correct.

Thats the thing. Samsung Sri Lanka is a mess and even the vendors. One says one thing and another says a whole different thing. No coordination no communication. And even different stories at different times. They don't even know whats really happening and what to inform customers 😐
