Is there any way to set the full screen contact photo for calls (incoming and outgoing)?

(I'm using S21 5g)

No. You can only add a "caller background" video/picture.
The contact photo will appear in a smaller circle.

You will have to use a third party Phone/Dialer app if you want to customize.

we are samsung user. we dont want to use third party Phone/Dialer app

plz make a update of phone dialer and contact  app that show big size of photo of caller
