Free or comparatively cheap display replacement for s21 Ultra

Hi Everyone. I got myself an s21 ultra in 2021 from singer and sadly as expected I got a pink line on my phone from last month. I last updated it in December 2022 hoping I wouldn't face the issue but it still happened. This month itself I got another green line on my phone. I would like to know if there's any authorised place in lanka giving a free display replacement or low cost (less than 50k) replacement. I told singer but they still haven't got back to me which is very disappointing. If anyone does know please let me know. If I'll be having to pay alot of money for a display I might as well invest that money on an iPhone. I been a long time samsung user and I'm highly dissapointed and sad that I would be having to leave the brand due to thier lack of accountability and ownership.

Green Line and White Line issues are common problems in Samsung phones. Some got it after updates, and some got it due to heat under display. But still, the company is not accepting it as a common issue. 🙄

Hi.. Samsung is offering a free display replacement program for selected devices, including S21 series. Since you brought your device from Samsung authorized partner, you can replace the display for free of charge. Go to a Samsung Authorized Service Center. They'll inspect the device and will offer the display for free once after confirming no physical damage to the device. But you might have to pay Rs. 4,000 - 6,000 as per the labour charge 🙃

As in go to singer and get them to give it to a service center or go to an authorised service center with the warranty as proof and give the phone ?.

No need to involve Singer. Directly deal with a service center. If you have the bill and warranty card, bring them. But not mandatory. They'll identify your device through IMEI and serial number ☺️

Bring your phone to The Phone Company in Colombo 03. That is a samsung authorised service center. 1 week ago they replaced my S21 display for free, becoz of green line issue. You have to pay service charge 5000/= They replaced the screen within 4 days for me.
