Fast charging is not working

Hi all, since few days, fast charging is not working in my S24 ultra. I checked the charger and it is working perfectly (45W). Fast charging is on as well. Please check and let me know what needs to be done. Thanks

Did you enabled the fast charging option on settings on your device.

Battery > Charging > Charging
Settings > turn toggle fast charging

Yes it's enabled but issue is still there

Check the phone type c port has dust or some dust stuck on there?

This sometimes happens to my phone as well. What I do is that I clean the changing port and switch off the phone and turn it on, then check whether the fast charging option is enabled by going to the Settings. And then plug your phone and see whether it works. Otherwise, try it with another Samsung Original fast charger and see whether it detects as fast charging or Super Fast Charging.

Hi there, when you say fast charging, do you mean Superfast Charging 2.0?

I think u have tried most of the things .

Did u try a different charger to rule out its a chager or cable issue ?
If it doesnt work with another charger then u probably need to clean the port well or its a type C port issue .
If its within warrenty period my suggestion is to claim warrenty.
