Every now and then I get sik card tray error and the network disconnects and reconnects automatically. What is this issue and how do I resolve this?

First reboot your device and check whether problem occurs again.

Then check by force rebooting.

If not try resetting your network preferences.

If the problem happing again check by using safe mode. If there is no problem happing then the problem is comming from a app. But problem occurs while you are in safe mode that can be hardware issue.

Anyway you can try clearing cache partition and factory resetting. Before reset do a full backup to PC via Smart Switch.

It also says member card removed unsafely.... FYI.
