Add esim option not available in my S24

I had an S20 and i was using an esim issued by my service provider. Recently I replaced my phone with a new S24. The service provider issued a new esim. However, I cannot add the esim profile as the add esim option is not displayed in the S24. Samsung website says that the S24 supports 2 esim profiles. Has anyone faced a similar issue on the S24? Is there a solution to this problem?

Did you check whether there is an Add Esim option by going to setting then connections and then the SIM Manager.

Some regional variants of the S24, such as Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan, do not support the Esim of the S24. Also, check whether your device is not region locked. Also, try to reset network settings and see.

I think your S24 is from a region where the esim option is unavailable. Can you share a full screenshot of the Software Information? (Settings > About Phone > Software information)
