Samsung could storage

i can't change storage plan or get more than 5GB.. note: it's Turkish region.. any help to fix this problem ?

I'm Turkuaz, Samsung Forum moderator. First of all,Thank you for asking this question.

If you create a Samsung Account as of June 1, 2019, you can use the basic storage capacity as 5 GB. Sorry, storage space cannot be increased.
