Why do I not see the full 108MP in the pro mode when taking pictures? The resolution of a pro pic is 3984x2984 whereas the normal 108MP in the auto mode could capture at 12000x9000
Just figured out that this is because of pixel binning. When the given resolutions and multiplied and divided, it gives a count of 9 where the pro mode combines 9 pixels to form a super pixel for reducing noise where it acts as 12MP with low noise. But this is not recommended in high lit conditions because the pro mode loses details so can be used in high noise environment
