So I have a note20 ultra and I love my akgs which came out box the box. Sadly my dog bit it and removed a bud out of it any way I can get a new one?

Physical damages are not covered with warranty and also 6 months warranty for the earbuds I think. So, sadly you have to buy a new one.

warranty won't be covered unfortunately.
You will have to buy a new one from an authorized seller for the genuine product (there are many **bleep** products in the market look exactly alike the original which are also sold for higher prices. so, be careful)

No they don't have it here. It was a limited edition for selected countries and it wasn't released here.
