Did you have note 20 ultra ? I just updated still have and also my frnd have note 20 ultra as well he had not this issue on his device

According to me, there may be some sort of error in the update released on your Galaxy device.

I suggest you to restart your Galaxy device and see if it is showing or not.

If this doesn't work, you may want to reset your Galaxy device. But make sure you have all the backup files before doing so.

If you still find bugs and other problems, it will likely be fixed by the upcoming security patches updates. Check for security patch updates regularly & keep your device a lot safer.

I just update android 13 but bug still have my device is fully update and I reset my phone also but still have this problem bro

Hi Chalana... One of the Note 20 Ultra user in this community also had this issue. It was a software issue and was fixed by an update on his device. Send an error report from this app (Support tab > error report). Hope will fix it with the coming updates 😊
