When I lock the screen of my phone, there are two lines at the top of the phone and in the middle of the phone. Is it normal? The problem appears only when the brightness is reduced.

Try a factory reset(Might be a bug).
if it's still there after a reset take it to a Samsung service center.it might me a hardware issue

Hi... No, it's not normal. Probably could be a hardware issue on display. But you can make it's not any software related issues by resetting your device. Check with a Samsung authorized service center if it's a hardware issue. Please share an image if you can.

When the brightness is low, it can only be seen through screenlock, other times it is not visible, there is no problem when the brightness is high.

I think that issue might be with its hardware.

I suggest you to Factory Reset your Galaxy device. But make sure to have all the backup files before performing it.

Use the steps below to perform Factory Reset on your Galaxy device.

my Samsung galaxy M52 5G mobile got the green line from last week.I got this green while my daily usage. Still now i didnt get any reply from Samsung side. My warranty expired 3 year old phone
