This is with reference to your query regarding software update for your Samsung device.

Generally from your device settings it will notify you if there is a Software update available based on your Samsung device.

Samsung rolls out updates time to time for the devices; however, it totally depends on the availability and compatibility of the device.

Kindly refer to the “Notices” section in “Samsung Members” application, you will be able to get further details about the eligibility and when the update will be available for your device model

Further assistance simply dial 011 SAMSUNG (7267864).

No, there are no updates released yet for Sri Lanka after the Feb security update for M02s.
It's not a phone issue. M02s is getting quarterly updates. So your next update is coming soon.

India just got the Android 11 + One UI 3.1 upgrade + April security update all in ONE update for M02s last month, which had the Build Number: M025FXXU2BUDC.

I suppose you are still in Build Number : M025FXXU2AUC1.
It's normal. You don't have to worry.
