Problem with power saving mode

I turn on power saving mode to use phone continuously. I try to switch off and it is switched off. But it's still working . How to fix

Have you checked with the settings according to your error?, have u tried to restart ur phone or Optimise it..

2 opinions You Can connect it to ur PC then Store ur all data in it and do backups
Then go for a factory reset

No mate not reset it called factory reset. U will get ur device just like the day u bought it "Search how to factory rest samsung device on YouTube.

I am also telling factory reset formatting the phone fully

yes but when u do have back ups u lose nothing.
