Hi bro,
Go to settings
Then scroll down
And tab to About phone ➡️Software infor.
Then click 5 times on Build number
And phone ask your unlock method
Input it
Back to the main setting
Click Developer options
Scroll down and find usb debugging
Lastly ON that ↗️

Hi there, every device isn't supported by OTG. M31 is one of them. So sorry 😞
