Is M21 restarting randomly?. I checked but, There is no issue in settings.

After using one month I faced this problem,  when I show this to the customer service center  they did a factory reset,  but the fault is not fixed yet. There is no issue in any settings like auto restarting. Is it a fault in this model  or  manufacturing fault in my phone?.Wthat can I do ?

Can be a manufacturing fault with the motherboard. Better to contact the main customer service centre in Colombo. Try to get the phone to phone or repair the phone. If they don't claim the warranty make a complaint to the Consumer Affairs Authority (http://www.caa.gov.lk).

First of all thank you very much for your reply. That started to happen before the update. Please tell me which is the main customer service center. How can I get phone to phone . they told the maximum claim is replacing the motherboard. is it possible?.

Phone to phone avaible in first 3 or first week I think. I never tried. The most expensive one is motherboard replacement. It's eqaul to a new device.

🔴Hi bro @eash01 I just wanted to reply . Did you check whether you have mistakenly enabled "Shcedule Restart" feature in your device,just search in the settings and Disable that feature.This feature automatically restarts the phone within 1 hour of the time you set.

The phone will restart when :
•The Screen is off
•The phone isn't being used
•The battery percentage is above 30%

Bro I am using a Samsung Galaxy M21 and it's a Awesome midrange phone,didn't get any hiccups yet and the phone is performing rock solid.
