What to do ......Samsung members community gonna die(moving towards out of purpose).....at least people who wants this community will lose it

The phone is regularly checking for nearby devices through low power Bluetooth. If Bluetooth is off, it doesn't matter it will check regularly. If there has one, a notification or popup will display to connect.
NFC and nearby device scanning are two different things. NFC stand for Near-Field Communication. You can communicate between two electronic devices over a distance of 4 cm or less via NFC. Mostly used for making payments. Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
