Galaxy MIt's all done automatically
The device charges at very high wattage (45w or Super fast charge 2.0) when it's low on battery
Then it stops charging automatically around 50%. It will then immediately start charging at a lower power to reduce heat and improve battery health longevity. So it usually charges at medium high wattage (25w or super fast charging). Sometimes, it goes even lower to medium wattage (15w or normal fast charging")
Now the colors simply represent how much charging wattage it's available at the moment, not the type of fast charging enabled. If it's green, it's because super fast charging has slown itself down to allow proper cooling of the device. Your "fast charging" is not being disabled.
