Not in the Upgradeable list to Android 11...possibility because of receiving 2 major 9 &10 updates...

no more updates come to M20 within this year because M20 already received two major updates ..android 9 and 10 already upadated to your phone..

M20 came with Android 8.1 out of box and got 2 major updates Android 9 and 10. No more major updates. Now you'll get quarterly security updates only.
