Try these steps
1. Restart your device
2. Reset network settings
3. Try to use another ISP (Change the sim)
4. Reset your device
5. If any step didn't fix that issue so that means it's a hardware issue, so i think you can use device with wifi connection or if you need to fix it just go to the nearest samsung costumer services centre 🙂
