I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile phone that I have purchased from your brand store. I am a regular customer of your company. O I bought a brand new Z Fold 3 mobile. However, upon using for less than year of using it, several problems started to appear. The fold screen has started having a cracks and Samsung store is denying to check as it was bought in UAE. It is very disappointing after buying a premium phone and this is the condition so soon. I would like Samsung to take some responsibility and reach me to resolve this big issue as i am unable to use the phone.

You can write samsung support from UAE .
Some cases they arrange a pickup and currier to collect the phone .

Sri lanka samsung service centers runs by 3rd party companies and worst place to be to discuss anything.

Try to contact international support .
