Hi... Usually I'm using the Palm swipe to capture option. It's way easier than pressing buttons. Just have to swipe ur palm from the side of your phone. Make sure to enable the feature from Settings > advanced features > motions and gestures > palm swipe to capture.
Or else, just give a voice command to Bixby or Google Assistant to take the screenshot 😃

Go to accessibility and turn on assistant manu and it looks like a dot in your screen like apple accesive touch . Then you can get screen shot easilly.
