it's a case of mobitel company.....also my network connection is being slow

When you're in a populated area though you have full signal strength and 4G connection internet is slow ,
To see whether a problem of phone or not try OOKLA app from play store to measure your interest speed!

4G is like 2.5G vs 5G signals of wifi ,simply 5 G can transfer more details than 2.5G
However if the servers are loaded G s doesn't really matter other than the battery usge of respective frequencies!🙂
