Why I cant update android 13 version

According to Samsung’s official blog, the company is committed to delivering 3 major Android OS updates and 4 years of Android Security Patches. Well, Samsung Galaxy A12 came out of the box with Android 11 based on One UI 3.1, and recently Samsung promised to roll their first major OS update; Android 12 based on One UI 4.1. There is no info on whether Samsung will roll out the Android 13 anytime soon. However, if you are here to know the exact date, we regret it because no such news is currently coming out from the official’s side. But, it is confirmed that by the end of 2023, you’ll for sure get the update.😃😃

Hi.is your device A125F or A127F .

If you have A125F sadly you won't receive Android 13.but if you have A127F you will receive Android 13.

Hi. Samsung doesn't release beta versions in sri Lanka ( also they don't release beta versions for entry level devices). you will get the stable upgrade next year.

Why a125F won't receive the version 13

It's per as Samsung's OS Upgrade policy . Samsung A12 launched with android 10 and it received Android 11 and 12 .

Samsung Galaxy A12 had already received its two major OS updates (Android 11 and 12). As a result, it is not eligible for Android 13 One UI 5.0 update.

It might receive security patches, but not get new Android operating system updates from its manufacturer.

As per the Samsung software policy, A12 only gets 2 major upgrades. But you'll get few security updates. And beta programs are not available in Sri Lanka.
