Weather widget doesn't work since months

My weather widget doesn't work since 2 months. I've reported about this and they said to uninstall and install the weather app. But i couldn't disable or uninstall it. Eventhough i cleared app data and cache, it didn't worked. Please tell me how to uninstall it or how to fix it.

The device is a galaxy a7 2018.

bro this weather widget in all Samsung devices has stopped. and it can't be fixed. if you need weather informants download weather apps on Google play

no bro it works in others. i have a galaxy a9 2018 and a galaxy a30, the widget works fine on them

i think your galaxy a7 2018 is android oreo or pie the pie on android devices are blocked some futures on android pie. i think your firmware is upto date

yeah it's up to date . i wish i could downgrade to oreo. the device performed well in oreo.
