Dear Samsung company, I bought your smartphone at your authorized Samsung point in Ukraine, I am satisfied with the purchase of this smartphone but there are questions about the software, I currently have a software version (A325FXXU2AVB1) region SEK with a security patch from February 1, my smartphone is already not updated one quarter.

I am not happy with this situation, as the safety of the smartphone should come first.

If there is still such support, then your next product will definitely not be considered for purchase.

Hi... there's been 2 firmware releases after your last update. I think the issue with this region. One of my friend also faced this issue who brought the device from Russia. My suggestion is to flash the firmware to our region. But there's a risk of bugs. So the best option is visit to a Samsung service center and gets support from them.
