Smart View

Hi all

Hope for a solution for bellow issue. Using Smart View, I was able to use my Galaxy Device as a Secondary Display for my Windows PC. But now I am not able to open the Smart View settings with tapping 10 times on the App Version. Can you explain new procedure to enable the feature?

I am having Two. One is S23. Other one is A53.

Try enabling "Maintenance Mode" in Device Care Settings to fix the problem.

What happens when u enable maintenance mode?

This option keeps your photos, videos, messages, call history, and other files private when you give your device for repair. It also helps avoid any problems during updates or changes, including software bugs. If you turn it on and check for issues, it can fix them. After that, if you turn it off, everything should work fine. I had a problem with my phone's Bluetooth, and I tried this when I wasn't sure, but it helped.
