Try to boot into safe mode and check whether the issue is fixed. If not try a system reset.

To boot into safe mode, hold down the physical power button to get to the 'Shut down' menu that will offer three options – Power off, Restart, and Emergency Mode (if enabled lockdown mode). Long press the 'Power off' button on-screen and then tap 'Safe mode' to restart the device in Safe Mode.
