I was using Bluetooth controller for samsung device that has one ui 5 version. Later I got an update and now I cant touch and scroll up or down with my Bluetooth controller pointer. I can't open a file by one click. But in another apps it can open a file by one click. This happens only in samsung files app. This happens earlier and I even downgraded the app that time and got fixed. But still it happens now. I checked on other file manager apps like google files, this works fine in these apps. Now it's only a problem in samsung files. How do I get this fixed.
Problem- unable to touch and scroll up down and Can't open a file in a single click of the controller it needs to double click

Hello there! I have this 😀. Please wait.

Is this a motion controller for VR?

Well, I have an S24Ultra OneUI 6.1.

Let me explain. This controller is made for VR. After a few updates from Samsung, third-party models like this one lost support for some apps. However, they can still be used for games.20241117_165632_1000062323_1731842793.jpg

Yeah It's used for VR. But sometimes I use it for remote file opening. Now It's hard to use with the file app. I am going to try the resetting Accessibility settings. Will it work?

Hello, I've tried my best to assist you.
You need to press the "OK" button once and release it immediately. Holding the button will select the file instead of opening it.

If you hold the button for a few milliseconds longer, you will drag the file, and you won't be able to undo it unless you release the button. These controllers are designed for VR, so the back keys don't function properly on Samsung's OS because they are primarily focused on VR games.

Thank you for your support buddy. How do I scroll up and down. It's hard to use it for that operation.

There is no scrolling function for that. Usually, you need to drag and move your joystick in the desired direction, but the controller software is designed for VR, so it may not be as smooth as it should be on your Galaxy device.

Yeah. I don't know why but it worked fine until the update.

Yes, I also experienced the same issue. My Samsung Galaxy S10 functioned effectively, but Samsung implemented certain modifications, and the controller software applications have not yet been adapted to the updated system.

Is there better controller for use of remote file opening and use the curser function?
