You need to backup everything in this scenario because you have to change the Sales CSC not just the Network CSC.
Changing the Sales CSC will factory reset your device, so make sure to backup everything.
You can change CSC by following the below steps:
1. Type *#272*IMEI# in your Dialer app. Replace the IMEI number here.
2. Then you will see a screen like the one in my screenshot.
It shows your Sales/Network code. If you have 2 SIMs there will be Network 2 code as well.
This screen will show you the list of CSC codes that you can change to.
3. Select SLK from the list
(I already have CSC as SLK in my device that's why the screenshot shows like that).
4. Tap INSTALL
5. Select the first option: Sales&Network code change
Again, this will factory reset the phone. So take a backup first.
