Galaxy A
Whenever I open Device care app and minimise the phone to home, the display background image is looking like blurred and blinking.

Since this specifically happens when transitioning from the Device Care app to the home screen, it's likely a software conflict or a caching issue rather than a hardware failure.
Here is a step-by-step guide to troubleshooting this "blinking and blurred" background issue:
1. Clear Cache for Device Care and One UI Home
This is the most likely fix. Often, the temporary files used to manage transitions between apps get corrupted.
Go to Settings > Apps.
Tap the "Filter and sort" icon and toggle on Show system apps.
Find Device Care, tap Storage, and select Clear Cache.
Repeat this process for One UI Home (this handles your background and home screen transitions).
2. Disable "Reduce Transparency and Blur"
Sometimes, Android’s accessibility features conflict with the background blur effect when minimizing apps.
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Visibility enhancements.
Check if Reduce transparency and blur is turned on.
If it is, try turning it off (or vice versa) to see if the blinking stops.
3. Wipe Cache Partition
This clears out temporary system files without deleting your personal data. It's great for fixing weird UI glitches after a software update.
Turn off your phone.
Connect it to a computer via USB cable (required for many newer Galaxy models).
Press and hold Volume Up + Power until the Samsung logo appears.
Use the volume buttons to highlight Wipe cache partition and the power button to select it.
Select Yes, then Reboot system now.
4. Check for Software Updates
Samsung often releases "hotfixes" for specific bugs reported in community forums.
Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
Pro Tip: If you are using a third-party wallpaper app or a "Live Wallpaper," try switching back to a default static Samsung wallpaper to see if the blinking persists.
