Why does many devices in the Galaxy A series still haven't got the One UI 2.5 update compared to other countries? I mean India & sri lanka usually have the same device models but indian users already received the update for ex- Galaxy A70 model.
In general, why in Sri Lanka the A series are treated as garbage? No timely updates whatsoever.
One UI 3 update schedule has already been sent out in the notices but here we are, even without the 2.5 update. What is going on? Community managers, please could you explain?
Edit- I'm concerned about the 1st gen 2019 A series here like the A50,A70 etc.
Yeah. We posted here things blaming Samsung developers in here. Also, we reported about this problem to Samsung original Facebook pages in USA and UK. But no solution. At the last, I'm alone here. When other users who were with me got the updates, they gave up the fight.
Ah. now I understand. but the thing is, the updates are not consistent specially in sri lanka,so letting this matter go after just one update like in the android 10 situation is not enough. I agree with u.
What I still don't get is Indian users who have the same device models get the updates pretty soon & we here don't. In my knowledge updates in our country are not carrier based also. So why the delay?
p.s.- I heard Sri lanka,Bangladesh & nepal all get updates together,at least for some models. but why such delay?😕
