You won't get Android 11. A7 is a 2018 device (released with Android 8.0) entitled to 2 OS upgrades, so your last OS upgrade was Android 10. 
Only devices released after 2019 are entitled to 3 OS upgrades (+ 4 years security updates).
These are terms defined in Samsung Software Support Policy.
