A32 is a goodphone but only for some users. 1)Raw performance is very poor considering the price. 2) Despite priced over 50K, its having an ugly notch instead of a punchhole.
If you are not concerned about these two things thar much and no wish of going little bit high (under 70K price tag) on budget, buy it. But adding extra 10 thousand to your budget and buying A52 makes lot more sense if you are concerned about those two things and if you have a special concern about cameras. (I dont mean A32s Cameras are bad. Just A52 is far better with OIS if you are OK with its price.)
